With the initiative „Basketball at school“ the DEUTSCHE BANK SKYLINERS want to get the youth in the Rhein-Main-Gebiet moving. In the context of many school AG´s children are advanced at the age from 8 to 12 with the help of the basketball sport to important subjects like movement, integration and food playfully.

 

The superior aim is to raise enthusiasm for Basketball. With suitable talent and interest well-chosen children will be integrated in the U12 or U14 teams. There they get the chance to get in the ProB-team.

 

Junior staff development

 

The support of young talents should not end in the own teams. Because the big vision is that every year one talent is fit enough for the BBL-team of the DEUTSCHE BANK SKYLINERS.

 

Furthermore the DEUTSCHE BANK SKYLINERS Frankfurt e.V. understand itself as academy for all target groups involved in the play company. So they want to drill trainers, referees, organizers, judges, Scouter, hall speakers, cameramen, wipers or a " junior dance team “ in the future.
